Bodnant Gardens
Bodnant Gardens is one of the most beautiful gardens in the UK. Spanning some 80 acres it is situated above the river Conwy on the ground sloping towards the west and looking across the valley towards the Snowdonia range.

Bardsey Island
Bardsey Island (Ynys Enlli) lies across the sound about two miles off the tip of the Llyn Peninsula. The Island was bought by the Bardsey island trust in 1979. It is managed by the trust in conjunction with the countryside Council for Wales and CADW.

Portmeirion
Portmeirion was designed and built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975 in the style of an Italian village and is now owned by a charitable trust. The famous Portmeirion Italian Village (the setting for the 60’s TV series The Prisoner) is 10 minutes away and within easy reach from the hotel.
